Established in 2011, Jennifer and Dillon Wickel opened Indian Creek Steakhouse, A family-owned and operated restaurant offering a variety of options that are guaranteed to satisfy your cravings, in Caldwell, ID. Both Jennifer and Dillon are born and raised Idaho natives who moved to the Caldwell, ID area 15 years ago. With Jennifer working as a paralegal and Dillon as a horseshoer, they never dreamed of owning their own restaurant. In 2004, this genius idea rolled around in the head of Dan Pool after his first bite…bring this food and taste to everyone in America! Now in 13 states and growing Gandolfo’s brings the New York Deli experience into your hometown. What makes Gandolfo’s different from the rest is we do things the deli way. We bake our own breads, fresh slice our own signature meats and cheeses, and make our deli salads fresh EVERY DAY. The meats are real meats, nothing pre-sliced or stuffed with fillers here. The bread isn’t loaded with preservatives, we bake in-house multiple times a day and our vegetables are sliced and prepared by hand. We have a first bite guarantee, if you’re not sold this is the best sandwich you have ever tasted after the first bite, then we’ll give you your money back. Period. So there you go, now what are you waiting for? Find your nearest Gandolfo’s and enjoy the New York Experience!
