When and Why did you start your business?

Chef Diane was nominated as Chef of the Year in 2018 and the mastermind behind several successful Boise restaurants where she helped get them off the ground and in a positive direction. We were fortunate enough to hire her and she has been whipping up flavors and innovating at Extreme Pizza.

Chef Diane has been innovating in the food industry for years. It’s time to honor her legacy and let her cook up something fresh for Caldwell that will have every season of flavor.

Our concept is one that has gourmet, fresh and quick in mind. At the Twisted Fig, we will buy local and shop the farmers markets to ensure we support our community and be as fresh as possible.
