Le Poule Roost & City Lifestyle Interview

One of Caldwell's very own, Mona Oxford-Lyman, made headlines this weekend in her interview with Lindsey Bryant from City of Lifestyle.

Mona is not only the owner of Le Poule Roost, a local Airbnb here in Caldwell but a member of the AgVenture Trail! The AgVenture is a self-guided tour that begins and ends in Canyon County and Downtown Caldwell, winding along country roads through Marsing, Homedale and Parma. During the journey, you’ll travel through organic farms and orchards — where you can pick fresh produce, tend farm animals, learn to make cheese, or dine on a world-class farm-to-fork meal

With Le Poule Roost's close proximity to the AgVenture Trail and Sunnyslope Wine Trail, it is the perfect place to stay if you are passing through, visiting or just want a relaxing staycation in Caldwell! In this interview with City of Lifestyle Magazine you can read all about Mona's inspiration for her newly completed barn located on unique rural acreage.
