Minshall joins Destination Caldwell with over 20 years of professional planning, grant writing, and government relations experience at the state, regional, and local levels. Most recently, Minshall spent three and a half years as the Executive Director for Spokane Regional Transportation Council. Minshall holds a B.S. in Political Science from Boise State University, an American Institute of Certified Planners certification, and a certificate in Foundational Leadership from Gonzaga University.Â
Lynn is responsible for the day-to-day management of Indian Creek Plaza which serves as the main gathering place in downtown Caldwell. Lynn works with businesses and organizations to sponsor or hold their own events at the plaza and brings over 25 years of marketing experience to our organization. A Caldwell native, Lynn has always been a champion for our community helping to build amazing events such as the Snake River Stampede Rodeo and the Canyon County Festival of Trees.
Erin, a Caldwell native, serves as head of office operations to the Destination Caldwell office. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Sonoma State University.
Madison has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Idaho. She serves as head administrator for the Destination Caldwell office as well as manages all communication with the public. Madison is our social media expert and you can find her sitting at the front desk when you stop by!
Valerie plans events for Destination Caldwell, she also works to support Caldwell's agricultural heritage through the AgVenture Trail and the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. Valerie holds a Bachelor's in Recreation, Tourism and Events and a Bachelor's degree in Global Wine Studies from Central Washington University.
Ritchie joins Destination Caldwell with over 20 years of experience in graphics and design. She has also been a photographer for most of her life and professionally for over 10 years since graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design and Photography from the University of New Mexico. Ritchie is also a well-known rodeo photographer and has earned her spot as an Idaho Cowboy Association (ICA) photographer.
