Sabrina C. Minshall, AICP

Chief Executive Officer

Minshall has over 20 years of professional and government relations experience at the state, regional, and local levels. She also spent three and a half years as the Executive Director for Spokane Regional Transportation Council. Minshall holds a B.S. in Political Science from Boise State University and an American Institute of Certified Planners certification.

Kilee O'Conner

Office Manager

Kilee is the newest addition to the Destination Caldwell team! She loves being outdoors and traveling, she recently moved to Idaho and doesn't plan on leaving the potato state anytime soon. Kilee handles all of our payments, billing, and resources as our Office Manager!

Madison Huck

Marketing Manager

Madison has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 20 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Idaho. She is our social media, advertising, and marketing expert! Madison loves promoting Caldwell's agricultural history and spending time out on the Sunnyslope Wine Trail.

Melissa Sherman

Program & Events Director

Melissa, born and raised in Idaho, serves as the Program and Events Director for Destination Caldwell and Indian Creek Plaza.  Melissa holds a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Idaho and has always had a huge passion for the agricultural industry.  Go Vandals!

Hannah Woodworth

Program & Events Coordinator

Hannah is our event and ice skating extraordinaire! She has been with Destination Caldwell since the beginning and oversee's all the ice skating activities in the Winter season. You can find Hannah out and about during events at Indian Creek Plaza.



Full-time, exempt position - $46,000-$56,000 per year, DOE. Monday-Friday (9-5) with occasional nights and weekends for signature event support. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Destination Caldwell.
